I am educated and trained through the Co-Active Training Institute receiving my Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation.
I continued my credentialing as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation which is the world’s largest organization of professionally trained coaches. I use my coaching skills to engage and awaken people to what is possible by creating a space that allows for different perspectives to be explored. I am passionate about people creating a life that fulfills and nurtures them.
My desire is to help people in career transition and leadership development forge a path for themselves and their teams. I have worked in the public and private sectors, as well as being self-employed and know that each has its challenges and nuances. I bring coaching methodologies into my performance management conversations which helps to deepen the connection and generates a broader conversation and integration so that teams can be more cohesive and individuals more resilient.
I make an effort to give back through volunteering with post-secondary students, both as a guest lecturer and coach, to help them broaden their understanding of themselves and their desire to develop themselves as leaders. Through staying connected with our future leaders, it strengthens my resolve to help them find what feels like the right decision and makes sense for them.
